Acronis True Image Echo Server "Installation error"

I tried to remove the Acronis True Image Echo Server, but I get the following error message: "Installation error"
If I want to upgrade to a newer version, the problem persist.

I would recommend to use Acronis True Image Echo clean up utility to get rid of all program traces.

Clean Up Utility Supported operating systems Windows XP 32/64 bit & Windows Vista 32/64 bit (any edition)
...it works under Windows Server 2003? If I run, it will not cause any problem?

We do not have any known issues with the clean up utility, I am certain there will be no problems.
