23357: Failed to read the snapshot error / Not enough storage is available to process this command

I sent the initial seed backup to Acronis and haven't been able to perform an incremental backup ever, has anyone else had this problem? The actual error is posted below

Most likely some other non-Acronis process is consuming system resources. I would recommend to use the solution from this KB article and if it does not help, please collect this report and contact our Support team directly so that we can investigate and fix this problem.
