24563: acronis disk directory 2011 managementconsole.exe will not run

I have purchased and upgraded to acronis true image home 2012.
I hade atmh 2011 installed.
I have removed and reinstalled the upgrade I previously purchased of acronis disk directory 11 home. After the install, when I try to run ADD 11 home from the start menu, I am told that the .lnk file cannot be run.
When I try to execute managementconsole.exe from the acronis disk directory 11 home directory under program files(x86) I get an error message from windows saying the program cannot be found.

I am running windows 7 home premium 65 bit.
Can you help me?

It looks like the issue occurred during the reinstallation process. Could you please kindly specify us the following information? 

  1. Exact sequence of steps performed
  2. Whether you previously had any ATIH installed
  3. ADD11 build you previously had installed
  4. Acronis Info from the problem machine

This info is important as it will shed the light onto the problem cause.
