At the end of installtion, installer is rollbacked.
How to solve this problem ?
I've already executed cleanup program.
you can download the windows installer cleanup utility and run that, reboot, then delete temp files (e.e., use ccleaner.exe, a free program), reboot. that will probably let you comeplete a new install.

Reading works. Get the User Guide at http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/
So in order to install the product one has to download two other programs, reboot twice and that will probably allow one to install it?
Back it up, Sam, if she can take it, so can I.
Win7 64-bit computer, 8 cpu's, 16G ram, 250Gb SSD C: drive. 1T raid(0) scratch drive F:, 2T raid (1) data drive G:, 2 T external drive (for backups) with an eSATA connection H:. ATIH 2014 version 17.0.01646.
Although execute cleaner for trueimage2012 and clear registry using ccleaner, the installer version 6151 is rollbacked.
How to solve this installation problem?
Make sure no Antivirus program is running during Install. After using the Cleanup Tool, check if there are still Acronis references under
Also, these setup interruptions can occur if some component of the Windows installer is damaged. Start an elevated command prompt and execute the "sfc /scannow" command. If this finishes with errors, you might end up repairing your windows doing an inplace-upgrade. But maybe that won't be necessary.
Thank you about your reply.
I could clear registry using ccleaner and Auslogics boostspeed, and the result of "sfc /scannow" is well.
Also, deinstall the anti-virus software. But I cannot install the trueimage 2012, the installer is
rollbacked during intallation.
Can I retry the another solution?
Hmm. It's better to refund.;;
SnapAPI installation completed - '2147549183'.
CustomAction _USRCUSTACT_MsiSnapmanInstall_SnapAPI returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox) (It's a lot of fun to search for 'return value' in this case...) And so what? At least the last time it progressed to snapapi install, while in the first log attached it rolled back on fltsrv.
If you have a time to refund, it's never too late to open a support ticket instead.
Instead of trueimage 2012 version, I could install the 2010 trial. The installation is well.
I don't understand the difference between 2010 and 2012 version.
