When will acronis 2013 be released ?

And will it be as bugged as 2012 ?
Acronis 2012 can't perform simple operations as activating/deactivating startup, installing/uninstalling without going in a infinite loop. It often create a mess in your saves list when you restore a disk, and you're at risk to lose your parameters.
It is not enough flexible to allow you to reset a backup, you have to create another one.
I'm using acronis since 2009 version but I'm seriously considering to go what is done elsewhere. Screwing the dev team with schedule will not allow you to earn more money guys.

Pat,
I am hoping for once that when the beta for 2013 comes out Acronis actually listen to the feedback and take what the beta testers report seriously. I also hope that when they do this the bugs get fixed and the product goes to market when, and only when it is actually fit for purpose.

RayG,
I agree with you! Been there, done that...

Actually at this moment, I'm not convinced there is a 2013 in the offing, my suspician is that there will be further updates to 2012 to get a stable platform before moving forward to a new version.
However, in the past this has been Alpha month and next month has been Beta start month, so as a public alpha obviously appears not to be happening, we'll find out in the first week of July if a public beta will happen.

On a clear disk you can seek forever

there's a forum dedicated to 2013 beta: http://forum.acronis.com/forums/beta-programs/acronis-true-image-home-2013-beta , so it seems some beta version was available, already.
getting back to the initial question of Zangdaarr: he was asking for version 2013 hoping the problems with version 2012 would be eliminated.
however, from past experience we know that new versions will always introduce new problems.
actually i don't want any new version! can we please get the current version fixed and rock solid?
i'm not the first one requesting this ...

Not sure if this is the place to ask but here goes.
Do you think there's any chance that, unlike previous versions Acronis 2013 can reside on the same drive as Shadow Protect 4.2.5 ?
Acronis Disk Director can manage it but not True Image.
Although I now use Shadow Protect, I would still like to have True Image installed.
Thanks
