3354: New SEAGATE 1TByte drive-DISKWIZARD

A CD containing DISKWIZARD software arrived with the brand new 1TByte drive.
When running DISKWIZARD, a logo clearly shows "POWERED BY ACRONIS".
Seagate and I could not make the software RESTORE to the 1TByte drive.
SEAGATE suggested I alert ACRONIS. There is not any method I know of to register this software.
Acronis does not list DISKWIZARD as a product.
Can you suggest on which ACRONIS forum I should explain the problem to ACRONIS TECH Support?

The latest OEM builds (starting from #8142) for Seagate DiscWizard have a built-in serial number and can be upgraded by our standard upgrade version for Acronis True Image Home 2009. Seagate DiscWizard should not be removed prior to the installation of Acronis True Image Home 2009. During the installation customer will be prompted to enter the upgrade serial number for Acronis True Image Home 2009.

Hi Alexander,
I just purchased the 2010 upgrade after a link from Disk Wizard directed me to your 40% website. I had Disk Wizard from hard drive purchase. There was no serial number included. I do understand the serial number is built in and also your response suggests the only upgrade available to me is 2009. What is the remedy for my circumstance? Do I need to purchase 2009 or can I do a refund or something else? Also Disk Wizard is still installed when I try to run the 2010 upgrade installation.
