4119: Cannot Open File In TIH2010 Dis/Recov Load

I just updated to Acronis TIH2010. As soon as the program was successfully installed, I created a bootable dis/recov CD. I then closed off my pc and booted from the CD. After the splash screen, when Acronis was loading, an error to the effect that there was a file sharing error and a file could not be opened flashed on the screen, and then Acronis loaded. The loading dialog came and went so fast it was impossible to read, and I stopped the process when Acronis finally booted (from the CD), but I am very concerned about the reliability of a Disaster Recovery CD that gives and error message while loading. I repeated the creation of the CD again, with the same results on the second CD. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

To check the functionality of the CD you can recover the archive to a swapped drive and boot the system from it. Also you can recover several files or folder (instead of the entire hard drive).
Also please create another Acronis Bootable Rescue Media based on ISOLINUX and see if the mentioned error message is reproduced. We have implemented the possibility to download the appropriate ISO file after logging in to your account (the serial number should be registered). Please log in to your account, go to the Registered products section -> Bootable media. Download the file.
