Acronis Snap Deploy 4 Build 540 not seeing network drives
We recently upgraded our equipment to new Dell Laptops such as the Precision M6800 and now Snap Deploy does not recognize network when trying to deploy an image using a bootable CD. We encountered this same issue a year ago and the fix for this was a new build of Snap Deploy that we installed and it worked. Seems like every time we upgrade to new hardware we encounter this issue. I noticed that the Stand Alone utility does not recognize the ethernet adapter either so im wondering if it has to do with the Ethernet adapter or the drivers for it. Is there anyone out there that is encountering this issue? Build 540 is the latest upgrade that we are using but there hasn't been other builds available I believe. We need this fixed soon we have a massive lease coming in the near future in which we will be imaging numerous computers at the same time and we are hoping Acronis will come up with a solution for this if not we will need to move on to other imaging software.
I need 4.0.584 update to fix network failed.
If 4.0.584 is stable, why not release new version not only the update?
Thank you very much.
I've sent messages to those who requested.
At the moment our developers are working on the next version - Acronis Snap Deploy 5.
I'll update this thread as soon as it will be available.
I'm having a problem installing an image on a Lenovo Yoga (20CD). I have to use an Ethernet dongle to install the image. I am getting error E0033001D: Failed to connect to Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Server. I'm using version 540.
the same problem with Acronis Snap Deploy 4 and HP Probook 650 G1 . Can you send me the link for the actual build, too?
I have Intel i217-v network cards. Does the newest build support those? I currently have Snap Deploy 4.0.540 installed.
Hello Dominik, Stefan, Alex,
I've sent you messages with download links.
I am fairly certain I am having the exact same issues as everyone else.
My new pc uses an Intel Ethernet Connection I218-LM network card. The model of the laptop is Dell Latitude E5540.
Please give me the latest image to support this NIC
I've sent you a PM.
I'm trying to deploy to a Dell E7440 and need the network drivers. Can I please have the updated version?
Good afternoon Anna,
I'm running into the same issues with Build 540 on Dell Optiplex 9020s. Could I please have a link to the new build? Thank you!
We've got Lenovo M93p and T540p computers to image with the Intel i217 NIC.
Could I get a link to the new build?
Good afternoon Anna,
I'm encountering some issues with Build 540 on an OptiPlex 9020 and an XPS One 2710. Can I get access to the new build please?
I'm encountering issues when trying to create an image on an HP Prodesk 600 G1.
Could I please have the link to the new build?
Having the same issue with network drivers not being displayed on Build 540
Could we please have link to latest build
I'm also looking for a new build. The newest on the website doesn't work with dell optiplex 9020. It has the intel I217-LM NIC.
I'm having the same issue with a HP 600 G1. Is it possible to have the latest build ?
We appear to be having similar issues to other posters in this thread.
Could you send me the updated build as well?
Hi Please send me the updated version of the client too. I have 60 computers to deploy by Monday. Lenovo M73s and I purchased Snap Deploy to help me with the deployment. I spent all day trying to get it to work to no avail and then I found his post. I'm hopeful I can get a fast response. I have two days left in my schedule :(
the newst build fixed my issue... i ended up calling support. It was much faster than waiting for someone to reply back. They should just put the newest build on the website, it would take them no more than 5 minutes to do it.
Calling isn't an option on the support page and they don't respond to my requests to renew support. Pretty shitty support if you ask me.
Same with me, phone was not listed. I called my Acronis sales rep and he gave me the support #. I had an updated version emailed to after they looked up my account details, took a matter of 5-10 minutes max.
i'll PM you the #, as i know its frustrating working on a deadline.
also would not mind the reference to the latest version 4.0.484
тоже бы не отказался от версии 484
I have the same problem.
Can you send me the Link, Anna.Trifonova?
We are using the Dell E 5540 & E 7240 and having issue with the Nic cards as well. Would you be able to send us the new build as well?
I've been reading through the forum and noticed many folks having issues with the Lenovo T440 network drivers. I sent you a PM regarding the new build.
We have the same Notebooks with the same problems. Still waiting for a new build to test our Deployment.
I did do the upgrade to the Acronis Snap Deploy server build. Now I can see the nic card using bootable media.
At the moment we are using the test version to look for the compatibility.
We recently purchased HP EliteBook 840 laptops that have the Intel I218-LM NIC. I need the download link for the updated Snap Deploy 4 build that supports these NICs. Thank you.
Hello - please send me a link to the latest build. I'm trying to deploy 20 new Dell computers and can't get them to connect.
Hello Anna Trifonova
The build 540 not support a network-card l217-LM. I have the same problem with my HP PROBOOK 600 G1 machines.
Please send my private messages with download link of the update build.
Please could i have the updated build for the AC4 Snap Deploy Agent as i need to image some Dell Optiplex 9020 Desktops and the agent is unable to start the networking due to driver problems.
I'm glad to let you know that recently we've released Acronis Snap Deploy 5, which contains many improvements that might be helpful in your case.
If you have valid Acronis Advantage support program (or license was purchased less than a year ago and, thus, has initial support period not expired) you can receive upgrades to Acronis Snap Deploy 5 under MyAccount. Please find more details here: Acronis Snap Deploy 5: Upgrade Policy.
If you still need Acronis Snap Deploy 4 build 584, please send me a PM.
Anybody have the "Acronis Snap Deploy 4 build 584"? I still need it as alot of newer computers nic's don't show up in acronis. Thanks!
I too am having continuing issues with NIC drivers in older builds. I've sent an IM to Anna Trifonova to request a link for the latest build 584.
I've also sent her a PM, and haven't heard anything in almost 2 weeks :/ Its not looking good, if anybody else has the latest build, please let us know. Thanks!
Anna, I too am also having issues with ASD 4 (4.0.268), not recognizing the network drivers for a new model workstation, HP ProDesk 400 G1 SFF. Can you assist me with a build upgrade as well. When testing it on the new systems, it doesn't even see the network card however, when I place the older workstations on ADS, it does see the network card. Please point me in the correct direction.
I've sent you private massages with download links. However, please note that it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version - Acronis Snap Deploy 5.
I am also having the same problem. Can I get the link to the Acronis Snap Deploy 4 build 582 please
We are in need of the update as we are not able to image our newer laptops and desktops. Thanks.
We have Acronis snap deploy 4 build 540. We just got new dell computers with network card i217-lm. Please send us the update.
Same problem: Snap Deploy 4 Build 540 and new Lenovo 10A7-S02D00 with Intel i217-LM.
Thanks. New build solved problem. Make sure 2nd nic on pxe server is disabled not just unplugged to work.
