Hello Zeeshan,

there will be no further updates for Acronis Snap Deploy 4.

Do you experience the same issue with Acronis Snap Deploy 5?

Thank you.

Hi,
same problem with NIC detection. We have New Dell Latitude E5540 and no NIC shows up when we boot with agent.
We had to use a trial of version SnapDeploy5 to get it to work.
Could you send us a updated version of SnapDeploy 4 (v.584)
Thanks

Hi,

We have a Dell E5550 which has the Intel (R) Ethernet Connection I218-LM network card.
My version of Acronis Snap Deploy is 4 (4.0.540).

I am having a problem where I go PXE boot over the network to our Acronis Server and choose create image, yet the ability to scroll across the network is
not available even though all our other laptops have the function to browse "computers near me".

Can I have the latest build sent through to my E-mail?

Thank you,
Carlos

Hi,

we have some new Dell Optiplex 7020 which has the Intel I2xx/825xx network card.
My Version of Acronis Snap Deploy is 4.0.540. Same as above.

Is it possible to get the latest Build of ASD4? Would be nice if you could send me the Link.

Thank you,

Kai

Hello,

A new version of Snap Deploy is available: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/business/enterprise-solutions/image-deploy…

You can upgrade ASD4 to ASD5.

Best regards.

Hi Everyone,

if you use machine licenses of Acronis Snap Deploy 4, please upgrade to the latest version:

https://kb.acronis.com/content/47900

Acronis Snap Deploy 4 deployment licenses don't have to be upgraded. They can be used in Acronis Snap Deploy 5 as is (installation file is available under account).

Hi,

sorry but that doesn't work for me.

I get the following message: "You are trying to upgrade NFR (Not For Resale) keys. NFR keys cannot be upgraded; keys for new releases are made available through the Partner Portal when the product is released in the local language. Please login in Partner Portal NFR Pack Page."

Hi Pascal,

according to our database you really have NFR licenses, which have of course their peculiarities.

Please remember where you get the licenses from. Most likely you registered yourself as our partner and got the keys from your partner account for free. Such licenses really cannot be upgraded, but the current pack should be available in Partner Portal.

Thank you,
