Windows 10 Build 1803: Error when backing up OneDrive folder
Dear Acronis Community,
with the increased number of cases related to backup of OneDrive folders, we decided to publish an article that describes the possible cause and troubleshooting steps. If you observe similar symptoms
- Files and folders backup including OneDrive folder fails.
- Possible error messages are:
Failed to enumerate directory 'C:/Users/myusername/OneDrive/'. It may be corrupted or does not exist.
Failed to back up file or folder. C:/Users/myusername/OneDrive/' It may be blocked by another application
- When you exclude OneDrive folder from backup source, backup completes successfully.
