hi we have this issue as well and when i check for updates, it says we are current. Is there a seperate patch available ?

We too are seeing this issue with build 10571 and ESXi 5.5.0 4722766.  A link to build 10593 that resolves this issue per KB59154 would be appreciated.

Hi Vasily,

after upgrading 5 ESXi 5.1 Hosts to 5.1.0(3872664), I was greeted this morning with the same message mentioned in this thread while being on Version Acronis Build 9.2.10571.

Would it be possible for you to provide me with a link to 10593 too? 10571 is the latest Version shown under downloads for me.

Hi everybody,

my Acronis-Appliance is reporting the same SSH-issue. Unfortunatly i can only download the last Build 10571. It would be great if someone can provide me the download link for the current build 10593, because i want to avoid the reinstall of Acronis Backup for VMware.

I have the same issue with vmprotect 7 after updating to ESXi 5.0 patch 3982828.

Is there a patch that can help me?

I'm afraid there are no patches for this issue for such old versions as Acronis vmProtect 7 or Acronis vmProtect 8. You'll need to upgrade to make it work with the latest patches from VMware.

Hi,

Same problem reported by other people after updating ESXI to latest security patches

I only see the Acronis Backup for VMware 9 (Acronis vmProtect 9) v10571 in the download of "my account".... it possible a PM with the download link of version 10593?

Hello,
I currently have version 10593 installed but backup the esxi failed (6.0.0 3825889) with errors (13, 21, 22).
I also tested with a fresh install of acronis 10593, same result.
The 10593 and 10593+ are the same version or not?
I only have version 10593.

Hi Olivier,

The 10593 build is supposed to fix only the error mentioned in the original post in this thread (inability to perform SSH connection to specific ESXi builds). The errors you mention doesn't seem to be related to this problem so likely you'll need to contact our support team for assistance with the issue.

yesterday we updated our esxi from 5.5.0 (2068190) to 5.5.0 (9919047)

After that we got the same SSH error with Acronis Backup for VMware Build 9.2.10535

Hello dsp01,

finding the root cause for corruption of the existing appliance would require involving the Acronis support engineers, who can conduct more in-depth investigation, which is unfortunately not possible on forums. The fastest workaround would be deploying a new appliance of the 10593 build.

i have the same problem with version build 10571. SSH error to add esxi host v. 6.7. I can connect to server esxi with putty but acronis agent failed when i add it to hosts for backup.
Can i update to build 10593 ? Where i found it ? My account show me only to build 10571.
