backup Exchange 2016 mailboxes - error

Hello.
We recently updated the version to 12.5 13400. We had a problem with backing up mailboxes. When we try to bring up the menu "options" in Microsoft Exchange->Mailboxes we get error:

 At the same time, we are able to make a copy of one mailbox, but an error occurs during the backup of all mailboxes (600+). Can you help us with it? Thanks.

Please re-add your Agents for Exchange and make sure that they are also updated to the build #13400.

Hello.
agents we reinstalled several times(13400). Delete Acronis folders in ProgramFiles and Programdata folders.Сan you tell me how to delete temporary directories with agent connection settings? Maybe the settings of the old agent are preserved somewhere and the conflict is going on? registry?

Hi! Checked information about this error message - seems to be environment specific, didn't find a common documented solution. I'd recommend raising a support ticket for investigation, so that our engineers can inspect the environment and diagnostic information.

Hi.

Recently remembered that before the update changed the parameter MAX_NUMBER_OF_SIMULTANEOUS_MAILBOX_BACKUPS. Old value=1, we delete it and OK.
