After every recovery when I start chrome I get the msg. chrome didn't shut down properly why? If it's true image recovery chrome should not detect anything different does chrome have some online component?
Jeremy, please look at the Exclusions list for your backup task that created the backup image you are using for recovery - this includes some folders used by different web browsers, including Chrome. So it is possible, the error you are seeing after a recovery is caused because some data used by Chrome was not saved in the backup you are using!
