Missing Settings Options during Deployment Template Creation

Hi Everyone-
I am attempting to create a new deployment template but some of the deployment settings that I am used to seeing are missing. See the screenshots below for more details. Has anyone else run into this before? We are on 5.0.2,012.
Thanks!

I am using a master image created by the "Acronis Snap 5 Deploy Master Image Creator".

Hello Josh,
if Sysprep was not used to configure the master system, we can only recommend contacting Acronis support team for the more in-depth investigation. The system might contain some OEM partitions or other non-standard volumes that are not correctly detected and therefore not all options are offered.

Is the machine you created the image from have SSD M.2s? I am curious because I have run into the same thing and I don't sysprep.

Hello Keith,
thank you for posting.
This issue could occur if an operating system in your master image is not detected. Thus, all OS-related deployment settings are missing.
Please view the image creating logs: there could be file system errors on the source system, unsupported file system or any other failures that lead to sector-by-sector backup creation mode. We recommend re-creating the master image after revealing the issue cause and re-attempting the deployment then.

I'm not using M.2 drives. I've tried a variety of Windows 10 master images (1903, 1909, 2004, etc.) and multiple versions of Snap Deploy 5. I've tried using Snap Deploy on Windows 10 and Server 2016. I don't sysprep either. Getting ahold of someone in Acronis support who is knowledgeable has been very difficult so the issue stills persists. Snap Deploy has been unusable for weeks so we are exploring new solutions.
