Subscription license has expired

Hello, I purchased a new Acronis backup Advanced license, but the old Acronis Backup Standart license cannot be removed.
How do I remove the old license?
On the portal acount.acronis i have not found the old license, but when you click and sync button the problem is not solved.
Error message :
Subscription license has expired
Subscription license 'Acronis Backup Standard Server Subscription License' has expired. Backups of the machine to which this license is assigned are stopped.
