Quota exceeded

Hello acronis,

We use Acronis Cloud Backup software in our company.

and we get an error "Quota exceeded" last 2 weeks. 

Bu we have 1,5 TB cloud space and we using 340 GB at this area.

Why we getting this error?

I added the screenshots.

Hi Murat,

Most probably you haven't set the quota for the backup account.

To solve this, connect to your Acronis Backup Service Console, go to Manage Accounts, double click the backup account you want to set the quota for and in the opened window you will be able to set the quota for the account.
