Deleted all backups still says full?

Hello, i deleted all backups from acronis cloud. Yet the system still says that its full and i cannot do anything. Any ideas please?

thank you for your posting! Please refer to the article https://kb.acronis.com/content/61674 If the issue still persists, we'd recommend raising a support ticket, so that a support engineer could check your Cloud account.

Hi  Marc,

Ons suggestion I can make is to login to the web restore console and check for "incomplete backups"
