Error code 41 and 3

I am using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation
version ABR11A_17437_en-US

I ran a backup plan that I have run many times without errors and now hafl way through I get the following error codes.

The backup is a full drive C backup onto an external hard drive (USB 3).

Can you help me remove this?

Hello David,

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue.

The error message you've kindly provide points onto the issues with the connectivity to the drive or the errors on the drive itself. I would advise you to do the following: 

  1. First of all, please check the errors on the source drives. Please note that it will require you to reboot.
    Go to Start -> run -> cmd
    and enter there the following command:
    chkdsk /f /r
    The product will offer you to run the disk check upon startup. Press Y, close the console, and reboot the machine.
    Upon booting Windows will check the drives, and fix the errors if any
  2. If the problem remains, please temporary disable any third party protection software (antivirus, firewall, backup or encryption solutions, etc.), and install SnapAPI update I'll send you via PM in a minute

If none of this helps, please gather Acronis Info, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

I also get the same errors. There is another post in the Forum with a long standing thread and no resolution.

Walter, your last and most relevant message "Failed to find the URI of the last backup." is completely different from "CRC error"!
But i heard in http://forum.acronis.com/forum/30607 that the combination of a centralized vault plus DRP options can cause your error - so if removing DRP in backup options does not help, please open a separate thread or better contact support directly.

Yes ... I did find that thread ... the Error codes matched the title of the posting.
Interesting error and most interesting is the fix to disable the DRP email.
