How can we refresh the Autotask PSA cache? we have added new sources and note types, but they dont show in the integration.. One source suddenly appeared after 2 days...

There is no so called cache, the sync happens every 15 minutes or so. What you describe sounds like a technicall issue, so I would like to ask you submit a support ticket with mspsupport@acronis.com

In the ticket description, please provide examples of items that are out of sync via screenshots from Autotask PSA and Acronis Management Console.
