As was pointed by Valery in this topic, the upgrading of True Image Home to Cyber Protect Home Office caused all the file dates of log files from prior to the upgrade to be changed. What seems to have happened is that the contents of the TrueImageHome data folder were copied to CyberProtectHomeOffice data folder but without maintaining the file dates. I used the file dates to order the files in the Log Viewer tree. As a result, these older files will not show up in the correct time sequence in the viewer. But more importantly, the processing of culling files by date will not work. This process is useful as a method of either looking at files over a specific time span or deleting older log files.
I have been working on the code to repair these file dates. While it won't work on all file types, it will get the majority. I do not want to rush this out, hence this warning here. The code is nearly done, but I want to do some further testing and cleanup. Hopefully a version will be available soon to fix this. My method is to use the contents of the file, but of course that requires reading and parsing every file.

This is yet another example of a lack of planning / testing or fore-thought by the developers in pushing out ACPHO without any Beta testing! They could have preserved the log file dates / times, they could have removed all old log files as if doing a clean install, or they could have put back an integrated Log viewer tool into the application!

Failure to preserve date/times has happened before. If you mover a backup using *.tibx from within ATI all the date stamps are changed. I think this was discovered during beta testing as, as far as I am know has not been fixed.

I now have a new version of the MVP Assistant which has the ability to fix the log file dates that were messed up as a result of upgrading from True Image Home to Cyber Protect Home Office.
I suggest opening the Help and reading the Release Notes and Log Viewer Help.

Sorry but I just found a problem with version 1.1.2.0. When bulk fixing the log file dates in the CyberProtectHomeOffice folder, it mistakenly left the file's last modified date as the same as the creation date.
I have now two new versions...
MVP Assistant 1.1.2.1 is a temporary version. If you've already run the file fix from version 1.1.2.0, please download 1.1.2.1 and run it again. In this version it will process every log file in the CyberProtectHomeOffice folder (even those created after installation) but that shouldn't be an issue. Once done, replace it with the latest version.
MVP Assistant 1.1.3.0 is corrected to operate as intended. Anyone who has not run the fix from 1.1.2.0 should just go to this version.

Thanks for publishing the links. I use this a lot and when I upgraded to ACP it did not work because of the path change.
Have you ever thought of adding a way to copy the link to the log file. I know in the MVP Log Viewer there is an option "Put Log File Name in Clipboard".

William, can you please tell me why you would want to copy the link to the file. Do you know that when a log file is being displayed there is a menu command to open the file location in Windows Explorer.

With ATI 2021 I used Log Viewer. I was not familiar with MVP Assistant. When I upgraded to Acronis Cyber Protect Log Viewer did not work. I tried MVP Assistant and it did not work. I found that there was an update to MVP Assistant and it works great.
Not being familiar with MVP Assistant I was use to putting the log name in the clipboard and opening it in Notepad. In looking at all the options with MVP Assistant I found that there is an option to open the log in Notepad, so you don't need the option I requested.

William, glad to hear the MVP Assistant is working well for you. Don't forget to try the other tools; it's more than just the Log Viewer.

I hate a Year subscription. Also I don't need a Cloud Backup.
Because ISP have different choose up to 120 gigabytes per month. If Laptop have more than 400Gb cannot backup to cloud. Because restricted data limit per month. When overlimit Data, ISP will automatic drop to slower speed like 56Kbps Modem.
Better....I have my own backup 4Tb HDD portable is fastest than slow internet and waste data upload.
Also I need a perpetual license a latest version (non-subscription/No Cloud Backup). Will you do ?

I only know about MVP Assistant. What is the URL for the other tools. The problem is the web page Acronis Cyber Protect takes you to for third party tools does not have the update download.

This is the web page you are directed to from Third Party Tools. The problem is the version of MVP Assistant is version 1.0.1, Log Viewer does not work, and I do not know about Custom Win-PE based Media Builder. I will have to try the Media Builder.
I reported this and told Acronis that there was a new MVP Assistant and that the URL should be updated.

William, please go to the top posting of this thread where there is a link to download the latest version 1.1.4.0. This is the one you want.

Thanks to this topic I have the latest version.
Steve directed me to the same link that is in Third Party Tools. Third Party Tools does not have a link to the latest version that is compatible with Acronis Cyber Protect.
I submitted a case to Acronis letting them know that the links needed to be updated.
I have never tried Media Builder, but not knowing who owns the Community Tools Page I was trying to tell Steve that the links need to be updated.
Acronis indicated they had nothing to do with this. I would think that if their program references a web page they would have a vested interest in making sure the data on the web page is valid.

William, the link to the Community Tools page was intended primarily in answer to your request above 'What is the URL for the other tools?'
Acronis need to update the tools page for the new / latest version of Bruno's Assistant tool which they first need to test and approve but seem to be very slow in doing so!
The MVP's are just experienced users the same as yourself with no special access to Acronis to get these changes made!

The URL provided in Acronis Cyber Protect is the same as you provided. Acronis True Image: Community Tools | Knowledge Base
With the exception of Media Builder, which I have not tried, all of the downloads do not work with Acronis Cyber Protect.
I used Log Viewer a lot. I knew about MVP Assistant Tool, but I chose to use Log Viewer since I was very familiar with it. Now that I have switched over to MVP Assistant Tool I realize it is much better.

Unfortunately, Acronis changed all the program paths with ACPHO and this by itself has broken any tools that were using the current paths from the previous ATI versions, including the MVP Custom PE Builder script tool.
The old Log Viewer tool really became redundant when ATI 2020 was introduced because that version brought new logs that the old tool didn't know about plus the author of that tool was no longer active in the forums.

I downloaded a new beta version. There was no Repair. The only option was to "Start application".
I assume they either accidently left the "Repair" option out or the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. I performed an upgrade. I really don't want to uninstall unless I have to.
If the upgrade did not work correctly maybe someone might want to see what happened before I destroy everything.

I got two emails and accidently clicked on the wrong one. The response above was for a aproblem.

So since I couldn't make the laptop more dead than it already was, I peformed a full restore (I had poked and prodded a bit with both Tech Supports) to reestablish a baseline and
