I created a new rescue bootable usb stick and when upon browsing for internal drive to backup, it does not show up.  Is there a fix for this?  This is the reason why I upgraded to this version.  I'd really like to get this to work as it is crucial to backing up my laptop and desktop.  Both are brand new machines.  Dell Latitude 3420 and an Inspiron Desktop.

More questions here than answers!

What version of Acronis are you using?  Is it ACPHO (the latest incarnation of ATI) or is it ATI 2021 or an earlier version?

What type of internal drive do you have in your Dell PC's?
Is this a NVMe M.2 SSD type drive?

What type of Acronis rescue media are you creating here on the USB stick?

For the ATI 2018 & later version rescue media, there are 3 different versions available:
Simple:  created based on your Windows Recovery Environment for WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on Windows ADK (or AIK for earlier OS versions) - WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on a small Linux distro OS (BusyBox) or created from the .ISO CD image download from your Acronis Account page.

If you have NVMe M.2 SSD internal drives, then you need to create the 'Simple' version of the WinPE rescue media on the PC where you need to use it.
