Having the same problem, I have a support case open...
As an FYI I was able to get a USB Ethernet adapter to work with build 540, I had to manually config my network settings but it worked fine after that. Its not ideal, esp. since I only have one of these dongles but its a lifesaver for me right now just to get these new images created and deployed to a few machines. This may be a workaround for others having this issue as well.

I'm having the same issue with a Lenovo T440p. Acronis just wont read the Network Card. May i please have the installation link.

Just a heads up all, Build 582 does work with the Intel 1217-LM adapters but DOES NOT work with the 1218-LM Ethernet drivers, very frustrating since they seem so similar. For now my work around is to buy USB to Ethernet adapters which work with build 540 but of course not with 582 (again odd). With USB adapters I don't have to worry about what adapter is in the new machines I get and if Acronis will have driver support or not. I'm sure they will release another update that supports the 1218-LM in the future, but for now its USB for me.

Anna, I currently have version 540, any chance I could also get the link to the 582 update please? I also have the HP Elite Desk 800 GI USDT with the network card I217-LM and am having the same issues as everyone else. Also sent you a PM.

Any chance of getting a link to the newest build? I posted about this in another thread as well but my trial is going horribly because it doesn't see network drivers on my Lenovo M73's. At this point I am crossing Snap Deploy off my list, when it works it works really well but when it doesn't trying to find a fix is nearly impossible.

Best bet seems to be calling into support directly. The forums seem to get more sporadic results than anything else. Kind of like there is nobody in support assigned to monitor them regularly.
