My Computer Option Is Grayed Out When Trying to Back Up Remote Machine

Until recently a scheduled daily Full backup task would complete successfully without issue. Now, the only way I can get the task to complete successfully, is to Log into the Acronis True Image Management console (XP PRO 32BIT), then connect to the specific computer with specific login settings filled out. For other computers within the domain environment, I don't have to specify login Settings. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing the agent software on the target computer and have used the Task Zap command line utility with no success. The domain account used to backup all computers within the network is a domain admin. The target computer is a domain controller/exchange 2003 server. I cannot see any issue with permissions. I have a second Server 2003 domain controller that backs up without issue and all permissions appear to be identical.
