email incorrect in Acronis Forum
Hi, how do I fix my email address? It's correct in the products section and correct when I login to the website but in the forum area it is incorrect. The field is not editable on the profile tab. Thanks in advance. Ben
You just need to sign in using the registration email and password from your account at acronis.com - once you do, a new forum profile will be created. After that I can tie the postings from your current account to a new one. Please also send me the correct registration email in personal messages - I'll check maybe the profile already exists in the forum's database.
