Android restore very slow ( can we open TIBX on PC )

Hello all,
Did somebody try to backup and restore phone with androind in 2017 version ?
I wanted to factory resrt my Galaxy S7, so I backuped everything to PC via WiFi, it backuped everything in like 5 min.
Now after factory reset, I'm trying to get everything back... contacts..restored in minute. audio and the other stuff like in 10 min... photos... 2 and half hours estimated ( still running ) and its like 50 photos no more... what can take so long, when up from phone it took 5 min, and back over 2 hours...
*Edit: had to stop it, it was not going anywhere... tried to restore by selecting specific pictures... 10 pictures take 15 min to restore, seriosly this is not normal!
Is there way to open the .tbix image acronis made on PC and get the pics from it ? ( I will how much more success just coppy them manually )

I had the exact same problem trying to restore photos to an S6 after reset. Tried several times to initiate the restore and occasionally it would restore a file or 2 and leave some jpgdownload files but 99% of the time it would just hang and not restore anything.
What was done to resolve this? And is it possible to mount or decompress the tibx files like you can tib?
Thank you

Cannot recover the volume from the disk backup. The volume cannot be resized becasue the backup is located on a slow source.
For reference the back up is located on a solid state hardrive..

If Android data recovery program very slow or it takes too long , maybe the Data formats that may need to be restored are too large or too many
