One of 4 laptops does not show in program, but does in Online Dashboard

I recently installed True Image 2017 on one PC and 3 laptops. I have a 5 computer license. In error on my PC I setup additonal icloud backups for one of the laptops. The laptop in question showed up under "MY Computer" rather than under "Other." I also setup properly the icloud backup on the laptop in question. The laptop is backing up correctly. However, to eliminate the red "X" error on my PC I deleted all the backups under the name of the laptop in question. Once I did the deletions the laptop in question no longer appears at all in the program. Note, it does appear on the online Dashboard AND it does appear on the other two laptops and does so under "Other." Question, how do I get the laptop in question to once again appear on my PC within the True Image program and in the proper location of "Other?"

You are correct. Note, I did have the support chat and it went very well. Professional and patient individual. Solved the problem by deleted the script in the program console and having the laptop in question redo a full image backup. Worked perfectly. Very nice! Thanks also for your response.
