Still reports full.

As far as I understand you have faced an issue with the storage usage in Acronis Backup Cloud, after the cleanup the storage is still reported as full.
I will be glad to assist you.
If the usage is not updated for Acronis Backup Cloud I would like to recommend to check for the incomplete backups as per the KB article:
If there is no incomplete backups, then I want to make sure you are aware that the stats-server is performing the sync of usage statistics once per 4-6 hours (depending on the Datacenter the account is registered on).
Please follow the recommendations. If the issue persists, please send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org while providing the account name, the Customer's company name and the affected server.
Plus, please send us the screenshots describing the issue. A new ticket will be generated and we will take over to assist you further.
