I would like to know if that would be possible to restore my SBS2003 machine backed up with Acronis TIES with UR build 8.203 to virtual machine on VMWare or Hyper V ?
If so what would I need to do to make it happen?
you just need to create a restore task with AUR. Please find detailed instruction in user guide (starting from page 87)
(!) When restoring the system to a virtual machine that uses SCSI hard drive controller, be sure to specify SCSI drivers for virtual environment in the Specifying Mass Storage Drivers window. Use drivers bundled with your virtual machine software or download the latest drivers versions from the software manufacturer website.
