Acronis 2015 dont recognise my HDD during recovery after restart, only Acronis 2013 rescue CD recognise.

I upgraded from Acronis 2013 to Acronis 2015. I backup my system disk to my external HDD.
I cannot recover the system disk image with Acronis 2015 (using software interface in Windows 8.1 or Acronis startop recovery manager or Acronis 2015 rescue media) because after restart cant recognise my external HDD (on USB 3.0 or USB 2.0 connections). Only way is using old Acronis 2013 rescue media.
Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D
Motherboard native USB 2.0 ports + USB 3.0 PCI card
External HDD: Seagate Backup Plus Drive
OS: Windows 8.1
