Acronis Access installation issues.
When i install Arconis Access in my Windows 2008 R2 64Bit when go to "Acronis Access Configuration Utility" i have an error "waiting for https://127.0.0.1:2725 to respond" please refer to the attachment. After that i not able access to the "Arconis Web Access" in the Internet Explorer please refer to the attachment.Any solution for this ? Thanks.
Hi! I would just ask you to check whether the port 2725 is open (https://kb.acronis.com/content/7503) and not used by any other programs. You can open cmd, enter the following command: netstat -ano -> C:\report.txt and open then the report.txt to see if any other processes are listening on 2725.
If so, what is it for the process? Please use the Task Manager -> Processes - > PID or the following command to find it out: for /f "tokens=1,2,3,4,5*" %i in ('netstat -aon ^| findstr ":2725" ^| findstr /i listening') do echo %j %l & @tasklist | findstr %m

I have try to run the cmd and created the report, but no any processes are listening on 2725.After that i try enter "https://127.0.0.1"without the port number,but is showing (In order to configure this Acronis Access Gateway Server, it needs to be registered with an Acronis Access Management Server. To do this, visit the Gateway Servers section on the Management Server to register a new Gateway Server using the following key:XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
Ok, so what about my first question? Can you confirm that the port 2725 is open and not blocked by any firewall?
