Error obtaining server info for our server,10.0.0.XX:XX. Certificate for server may be invalid ?
After Acronis Access was working perfectly, we have a problem where no one can connect and we receive the following error. “Error obtaining server info for our server,10.0.0.XX:XX. Certificate for server may be invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be 10.0.X which could put your confidential information at risk.” What could be causing this?
I would suggest trying the below suggestions first as it has been known to resolve such an issue.
1) Remove the existing gateway
2) Rerun the config tool
3) Stop/restart the gateway service
4) Refresh UI
This should make the gateway available to add back in the data sources and allow clients to connect.
