“An error occurred encrypting data. Please ensure you have the Java cryptological extensions installed”
When trying to log into Acronis Access from my website on the Acronis Server, I get a red message that says the following: “An error occurred encrypting data. Please ensure you have the Java cryptological extensions installed”.
I guess I must be doing something wrong... Could you please tell me what?

It may be that you will need to reinstall the Java Cryptological Extensions.
The 2 keys are usually found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\Access\Access Server\JCE
If the files are not there, you can download them from this link.
The files need to be re-copied here: C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\lib\security
Once the encryption keys have been copied into the Java folder, restart Tomcat from the services control panel and test to see if error recurs.
