Backup Failure error code 61 and 16

Just tried to run our first backup last night and got the following errors.

Backing up a Windows XP.

The message about the archiving already existing can't be correct as this was the first time run.

Where is a simple list of the error codes?  Looking for error code 61 and cannot find it anywhere on the site or on the web

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for your posting! If you are sure, that there is no archive with te same name in the specified location, please refresh the metadata file (this file contains information about the vault content and sometimes this information does not reflect the actual state of the vault). 

Personal or unmanaged vault: just click on Refresh in the archive-view of the vault;

Managed vault (by Acronis Storage Node): please run re-index since this vault type stores the information in a separate database

If the issue persists, please rename the archive.
