Unable to mount a backup image as non-admin user

Hi,

We use Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 for backing up entire computers.

As a non-admin user it is impossible to mount an image, we get an error: 0x00C40005+0x0000FFF0+0x80070005. Which rights do I night to give the users to be able to mount backup images without giving them admin rights?

Kind Regards,

Jody

Hi

As I understand, mounting image by user with admin rights works, but using non-admin user don't work, correct?

Can you post a screenshot with an error?

Also, try to add non-admin user to "Backup operators" group.

Dear Ramil,

Yes, that's correct! I've put a screenshot hereby as attachment.

Will try to add user to Backup operators and se iff that helps.

Thanks,

Jody

Hello,

User was already member of the Backup Operators group, but still can't mount a backup. See screenshot in my previous reply.
