I have HP DL60 Gen9 server with B140i controller which I want to restore from Acronis image. I created normal bootable media which shows no raid disks during booting and doesn't recognize already created RAID.
I created WinPE with Acronis media builder and added B140i controller driver in it but now I am not able to boot it in UEFI boot mode. If I boot in legacy mode than it is not supporting HP RAID. Can please somebody help as it is so cricital that I have to restore image on this server.

Hello Javed,

Thank you for your posting! You can build a custom bootable media as described in How to Update Acronis Bootable Media with Closed-Source Kernel Modules. Unfortunately Acronis Bootable Media does not support open-source drivers.

Thank you,

I have the same problem on HP DL80 Gen 9. We are planning to buy Acronis 12 Server. Currently a trial version of Acronis 12 is installed on the server (build 12.0.3689). Unfortunately, when we start Acronis Bootable Media, the array does not start properly. Disks are detectet as separate drives. The server on which the software is installed is HP DL80 Gen 9. This server has an HP Array B140i raid controller. Is it possible to get from Acronis Bootable Media ISO with an integrated driver (trial version, only for tests)? Please help us to solve the problem.

Hello Luc3k,

currently, we only have a custom bootable media with the full feature set avaiable. I'd recommend raising a support ticket for this request to check if the developemtn team can build a trial BM with necessary drivers or support could provide a full BM as an exception.

Thank you,
