Welcome to Acronis forums! The Save button could be greyed out in case there is some conflicting setting in the backup plan. Please make sure you've correctly specified the backup source and backup target. Another issue could be that there is no license key for a particular type of backup selected. For example, you have enabled single-pass backup in the backup options, but there is no license allowing to activate this feature.

A couple of screenshots of your settings in the plan would be helpful to provide the more accurate advice.
