add to AMS problem

my server is in a domain and there are no problems with connecting domain workstations to AMS under the "EBRadmin" domain account. But there are several stations in the working group. I can make a remote installation of the client part on these stations, but I cannot get them into AMS.
The EBRAdmin domain account on the server is included in the Administrator group, Acronis Remote Users, Acronis Centralized.

The station MMSDAQ02 sees the license server 430EBR0001 both by name and IP address.
The license server also shows the assigned license for the station.
