Backup failed due to license issue after Windows update

Hello everyone.
This is an Acronis 11.7 Advanced (Windows) issue with my client.
My client updated Acronis Management Server (Windows Server 2012 R2) on July 24, 2022.
Update Codes: KB5015874, KB5016264, KB5014637
And from then on, backups of all Acronis agent devices, including the management server itself, fail with a License error message.
(There is a problem with the license. Click "Help > Change License" to check the license assigned to your machine.)
So I went to "Help > Licensing" and saw that the "License for Disk/File Backup" item said "Unlicensed (Cloud Backup Only)".
I clicked the "Specify" button and said "Acronis license server could not be found in "admin server name". Please check the address you specified and the connection status with the license server." message was output.
So I clicked "Enter License" and entered the license key, but the message "SSL Connection Failed / certificate verify failed" was displayed and I could not add a license.
What should I check and what should I do to solve this problem?

Dear Daria Sorokina,
Thanks for your attention to my question.
I'd like to ask the support team about this issue too, but I know that the product has ended EOS in 2019.
So I'm writing here to help.
Any advice on how to solve this problem?

Dear KL,
We would recommend to check following articles:
Acronis Backup Advanced: Adding Machine to Management Server Fails with "Failed to migrate data to license server" | Knowledge Base
Acronis Backup 11.5/11.7: Troubleshooting License Assignment Issues | Knowledge Base
And this article is for another component but you can try to re add license server: Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 or Acronis Backup & Recovery 11: "Failed to connect to the storage node. Certificate verify failed." | Knowledge Base
We hope it might help to solve the problem. Please keep us posted.
