Problem installing Acronis backup Hyper-v Agent on win server 2016

While installing Hyper-v agen on the server, I get the following errors, I couldn't solve it, I would appreciate it if you could help. Thanks

Please also note that Acronis Backup 11.7 is out of development since May 31, 2019. All Windows Server 2016 builds that have been released after date have not been tested with Acronis Backup 11.7.
