Unable to recover from TAPE

Hi all, 

Recently one of my users needs to recover an old backup from TAPE.   I installed a brand new Acronis 11.7 then I inventoried and rescan the tapes in order to get their information backed.

 

The problem is the rescan process not take more than a few seconds and I'm unable to finally get the content from the tape.

 

I enabled the debug logs and the system only showed the following:

Does anyone have an idea about what is happening?

If the issue persists and you have some time for investigation, I'd suggest installing a free trial of Acronis Cyber Protect , checking the scenario on a latest product version and contact Acronis support team for investigation, so that our engineers can look into the situation and help.
