Hi,

Such problems typically mean that there is some firewall blocking connection between the Management Server and the target client machine. You should first of all make sure that the target machine meets the requirements. If this doesn't help then you should contact our support team for assistance.

Thank you.

First, I want to thank you for your reply. As you said, I solved the problem. I would like to ask you another question. I had 10 licenses. I accidentally deleted one of these licenses. How can I get this license?

Hi,

If you registered the licenses on https://account.acronis.com portal then this should be the first place to look at. If not, then you should check the original order where you purchased the licenses, or contact our support team with the e-mail (or other info) which can be used to track the original order, so that we can look for it in our DB and retrieve the keys.

Thank you.
