Acronis Backup 11.7 Services

Back ups will run for a few days. Then randomly a back up wont execute on schedule and I  have to manually restart the services for Acronis to run the backup.  

If I restart the services the back will run on the schedule.

I can't seem to find a cause.

I cant find an error in event viewer or the log of the Acronis Application

Trying to find a solution before I uninstall and reinstall. 

The backup is a daily incremental backup

Operating system is Server 2008 R2

Hi Jake,

It's hard to advise anything specific without checking the log files from the machine responsible for backup execution (is it VM backup or backup of multiple physical machines for example?). I'd recommended to contact our support team for assistance with the issue.
