Acronis Backup 7.11 failed

Hello. we have a Domain PC and setup acronis daily backup saved to an external hardisk. however, it is failing and we getting these error details below. I am new to Acronis and your help would be really appreciated.

Please check whether the location F:\ACRONIS DAILY BACKUP\ is accessible from the machine which backup is created.

Please also note that since the end of support for Acronis Backup 11.7, we recommend upgrading to the most current version (# 50420) to ensure your Acronis Backup is up-to-date.

Thank you for your response. Yes the location F:\ACRONIS DAILY BACKUP\ is accessible. Are there any things to do before I do the update?

Hello Patrick.

Please note that all Acronis Backup 11.7 components (AMS, Agents, etc.) should be updated to the same build.

After an update procedure is completed, please reproduce the issue. If it persists, please collect Acronis System Report and upload it to the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message.

Please inform me the logs are uploaded.

Hi Maria,

do you have a KB article how to update Acronis backup 11.7 components? Like what I've said on my post, I'm just starting to learn Acronis backup. :)

Hello Patrick.

The update procedure is quite simple: you should run the downloaded file and click on Update.

Components of Acronis Backup, such as Acronis Backup Agent for Windows, can be installed in the unattended mode.
