Acronis (Version 11.7) Cannot Backup For Disk C & Disk D

Hello everyone, yesterday I met a problem for backup and one of the messages says:"Message: Account 'Acronis Agent User@RB-HMI-VRK' does not have enough privileges to access instance 'MSSQLSERVER'. "

I'm not sure whether this problem concern the SQL backup license or not, and I do not know how to deal with this issue.

I input Event code  (0x0135003D+0x01350016+0x01E20036+0x00571101+0x00570134) for searching in the acronis website, but nothing.

Details, please see attached files. If anyone knows how to solve such problem please give me the advice.

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

Your screenshots and activity log are very helpful in issue investigation.

According to these screenshots, you enabled single-pass backup which could not be created without a special license for SQL backup. Thus, please disable this option. Your SQL database will still be backed up as a part of a disk backup. In this case, Acronis Agent User account will not require special permissions.
