Backup drive failed, replaced it and now can't get backups running

The hard drive dedicated to the management's server's backups and the owners laptop - failed..  I've replaced the hard drive, and I've gotten the management server to backup it's own drive but, I can not get the owners laptop to backup.

Management pc is windows 8.1 pro, owner's laptop win 10 pro

We have 6 computers, all running Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 for PC..  That's the full blown backup and management license with scripting on all 6.

I have:  Removed the laptop from the AMS, added it back in by IP4 - successfully.   Removed the laptop's name from the centralized vault, added it back in - successfully.  Removed the backup scheme, set it back up - successfully.  

I've also checked that all acronis services are running on the laptop. 

Both laptop and management pc are wired on the same lan.

Any help will be appreciated..

Hello T G Bles,

The issue is in accessing the share '\\offsite\BK-SEINFELD\' from a laptop. The owner's laptop does not see this share. Please make sure that 'offsite' machine where this folder is located, accessible from Agent PC (owner's laptop) by this path '\\offsite\BK-SEINFELD\' (not by IP). 

Please try to recreate the centralized vault using IP of the 'offsite' machine and see if the issue persists.
