Hi,

Message: Information on tape ' Monthly Backup (TEST)' may have been changed. Please rescan the tape.

Have you already run rescanning? Does the backup still fail?

Thank you Maria for responding,

Ok, I got it, is there a workaround for this? I`m asking you because the final customer wants to know how much data in already on tapes? and the second question would be if there is a possibility of data loss?

Hello Andres.

This is GUI error and it could not lead to data loss.

As for the workaround, I suggest that you see the list of created backups and their size on this tape via Tape Management -> Tape pools, select the tape.

Hello Andres.

Unfortunately, this issue still presents in Acronis Backup 12.5.
