Hello G A,

welcome to Acronis forums!

Since the end of support for Acronis Backup 11.7, we recommend upgrading to the most current version (# 50420) to ensure your Acronis Backup is up-to-date and for better understanding of the root cause. Please make sure that all Acronis Backup 11.7 components are of the same build.

Then please collect Acronis System Report from the server with Agent for SQL and upload it to the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message.

Hello G A,

I'd also recommend following the troubleshooting steps outlined in https://kb.acronis.com/content/42648  with the focus on permissions and SQL writer availability.
