Cannot obtain the location information because there is no access to the location.
We have Acronis 11.7 (advanced version), and we are having an issue when configuring a recovery task to restore a single file from a full image backup. In the field 'What to backup' of the 'recovey task' I can browse to the file that is in the image backup (Vault is centralized and the storage node is in the hard disk of the same machine Acronis management server), but once the file is selected I received the error marked in red "cannot obtain the location information because there is no access to the location". If I click on the 'access credentials link' nothing happens, that is no pop-up windows is opened for asking the credentials. This error seems to occur only with the 'image backup', and with other types of backups.
The machine is a member of windows server 2016 and we are using a domain administrator account that owns to the local Acronis groups (Acronis centralized... and Acronis remote users).
However If we logon with the local administrator of the server (Acronis management server) we don't receive the error.
Have anyone any suggest to solve the issue?.
