Can anyone please help with this, been trying to resolve this for over 2 weeks but no luck yet.

Hi,

The issue shown in the log file had been fixed a while ago in Acronis Backup 11.5/11.7 in builds 39203 and higher (internal bug id: ABR-60605) , while you are using an old build 38774. You should update your Acronis Backup 11.5 installation in order to get this problem solved.

Hi Gabriel,

The last error you posted is returned from Windows and is related to VSS snapshot processing which failed on particular system - you need to check Windows event logs to figure out the exact cause (also remember to update the build to the most recent one in order to address the original issue).
