ProLiant DL360 Gen9 goes into black screen if acronis wants to start
I have a big issue with an HP DL360G9 server.
it doesn't want to let me take a back-up.
if acronis is booted, a black screen comes up and the server stays like this.
the OS is windows server 2016.
I already did an update from the OS and also from the drivers, but no result.
Can somebody give a tip?

I did some tests again on my server.
I made a WinPE-media and still no succes.
This server doesn't want to be back-upped.
Is there something else that we can try?
Could you please describe step by step what happens. It's not clear if the issue occurs when Acronis Loader it trying to boot the Acronis environment (and fails at this stage) or the media is booted successfully and the issue occurs at the stage of creating a backup.
